1. The competitor’s service must be equivalent e.g. wrinkle reducing injections to two areas, and;
2. the competitor’s service must be provided by a practitioner with an equal or better professional qualification, and;the competitor’s service must use the same or better equipment or supplies (including any drugs), and;
3. the competitor’s service must be provided from the same standard or better facilities and within a 25 mile radius of Salisbury i.e. a medical clinic, hospital or some other facility provided that they have been approved by a competent authority such as the CQC.
4. The competitor’s price must be their standard retail price and not discounted or subject to a special offer.
